REQUISITOS DEL POSTULANTE
Formación requerida: Studies on Information Technology or a related field
Nivel: At least 50% of the career finished or already gradúate.
The candidate should have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, customer services skills are required, problem analysis and resolution. Clearly communicate in English with users and support staff, both verbally and in writing. Must be self-driven and self-motivated
